  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard procedures. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. FlixZone is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video for verification.
