1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery
if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all returns or refund requests.
FlixZone reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received in a damaged or defective condition:

Product that are used,worm,or damaged after delivery

Request raised after 48 hours of delivery

Orders without a valid unboxing video

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with:

Clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or Bank transfer after confirmation.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. However, you may request a return after delivery if the product meets our return eligibility criteria.
6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, FlixZone will bear all return shipping costs.

For returns due to any other eligible reason, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
